In northeast Texas, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Red River, Rusk, Smith, Titus, Upshur, and Wood. * From 6 PM this evening through 6 AM Thursday morning * Periods of excessive heavy rainfall associated with a very slow moving frontal boundary may result in areas of flash flooding as training of showers and thunderstorms will likely occur over the watch area with a total of 3-6 inches of rainfall expected.
